- All items are ready stock, unless the items has stated "Backorder".

- ETA means estimated time for arrival. 

Example, items stated with ETA 27th Feb will be arrived around 24th Feb, and we will proceed posting within 1-3 working days

Any shipment delay will be informed via email/SMS. 

- Postage for West Malaysia will be RM7, East Malaysia RM14, Singapore RM28 for unlimited pieces.

- Purchase over RM100 will be entitled free postage for West Malaysia, RM200 free postage for East Malaysia. 

- West Malaysia will be delivered within 1-3 working days, East Malaysia within 4-8 working days. 

- During in peak seasons, we will proceed order within 1-5 working days.

- We has selected Gdex and Pgeon as our shipping partner.  Pgeon may will takes 2-5 working days in West Malaysia.
