下单前须知：
1. 下单后不允许更换尺寸和颜色，请在下单前务必要考虑好款式颜色和尺寸，也欢迎向客服做尺码咨询
2. 如果需要进行尺寸更换动作或者发现有瑕疵品，请务必要在包裹被签收后3天内联系我们，商品必须是要在没有清洗和没有剪掉吊牌的情况下，我们才会做退换处理，逾期不候！
3. 商品若出现不寻常且明显的痕迹（例如：剪刀剪过的痕迹、烫坏）Memoires 将不受理
4. 退换包裹需要由买家自行承担来回运费（西马RM7，东马RM14）
5. 一张订单退换次数【只限一次】
6. 小于1CM的瑕疵，都不将成为退换理由
7. 每件服饰都是由店家实物拍摄，请允许10-20%的色差效果，因不同的3C产品类别和屏幕保护器的厚度和性能不同，呈现的效果也会产生的色差，属正常现象
Notice before placing order:
1. After order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any changes, kindly ensure the colours and sizes before placing an order.
2. If wrong size or defective items received, kindly contact us via Instagram (memoires.my) or Facebook (Memoires) within 3 days after parcel delivered. Memoires will proceed only if the clothes tag has not been removed and items have not been washed.
3. Memoires will responsible on round trip shipping fees if only wrong size/ wrong type/ defective items more than 1cm within 3 days after parcel has been received. Memoires will return the round trip shipping fee to you according to your receipt. Otherwise shipping fees may need to bear by customer. (RM7 for West Malaysia and RM14 for East Malaysia).
4. Return can only made 1 time per order number.
5. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
6. Less than 1cm defect or scratches are not considered as damage, it’s not under refund/exchange policies.
7. Memoires are not responsible on clothes cut by scissors, cutter during unboxing by customers and scroched damage by iron.
8. Please allow 10-20% discrepancies in the product colour due to lightning and monitor resolutions (Actual May appear darker/ brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
9. There might be 1-2cm differences in the measurements given due to different batch, different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.
10. For Singapore customer, we will offer refund with credit voucher only.
