Return/Exchange Policy
- If wrong size or defective items received, kindly contact us via Instagram (memories.my.official) or Facebook (Memories Fashion) within 5 days after parcel delivered. Memories will proceed only if the clothes tag has not been removed and items have not been washed.
- Memories will responsible on round trip shipping fees if only wrong size/ wrong type/ defective items more than 1cm within 5 days after parcel has been received. Memories will return the round trip shipping fee to you according to your receipt.
- Size exchange must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
- We only allow exchange S M L XL size, not including FREE size. It is not possible to change other styles or colours.
- For exchange size shipping fees may need to bear by customer. (RM7 for West Malaysia, RM14 for East Malaysia, RM28 for Singapore).
- Defect items are not eligible for exchange.
- Return Exchange can only made 1 time per order number.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
